The most important thing for a fan is that it cools the case quietly and also complements its appearance. With the SilentStorm 120 PWM, both are undoubtedly given: the speed is precisely controlled via PWM, and the fan blade design further promotes cooling. The vibration dampeners on the corners are available in two different colors and can be easily replaced. The fan also includes nine addressable RGB LEDs.

The vibration dampeners of the SilentStorm 120 PWM not only reduce vibration to the case but can also be color-matched to it. They are available in two different colors – gray and white – and can be easily replaced.
The rubberized contact points additionally reduce case vibration significantly and enhance the fan's smooth operation.
By allowing the motherboard to independently control the speed of the connected fans, the case is always cooled as needed. The SilentStorm 120 PWM offers the user a maximum of up to 1,400 revolutions per minute with a volume flow of 93.6 cubic meters per hour. With an average lifespan of 50,000 hours, it also provides long service.
Even at full load, the fan is never louder than a whisper at 20.4 decibels. Thanks to pressure displacement, the hydrodynamic plain bearing also allows for longer operation without increasing noise development, meaning the fan is barely noticeable during operation.
In proven tradition, the SilentStorm 120 PWM is compatible with many different RGB controllers. For example, using a compatible ARGB controller installed on the motherboard, lighting effects can be adjusted with Asus Aura Sync, MSI Mystic Light Sync, Gigabyte RGB Fusion 2.0, and ASRock Polychrome Sync software.
The SilentStorm 120 PWM can be easily integrated into the motherboard with a compatible RGB controller using a 3-pin 5V-D-G connector or a 4-pin 5V-D-coded-G connector.
